Have you ever just stopped and reflected on a relationship; where it began, the road it took you to get here, maybe even the details of the journey, those details only the two of you really know about.
Every now and then it’s essential to stop and remember the romance, the wonderment of discovering and uncovering things for the very first time.
Passion week for me is a time to do just that. Remember where you were when JESUS found you? What was the condition of your heart? The status of your life? The darkness of your past and the dread of your future?
No one can truly know, like you, the mess He reached to pull you out. So in this time of reflection, reminisce, reflect and rekindle the wonderment of that first love. It’s our responsibility to not only remember but protect, nurture and feed our relationship with the one who wanted us in a way no one else could in a time when it was everything we needed.
