I was listening to a message yesterday morning on my way to work by Jentezen Franklin titled “Building Boundaries.” Pastor Jentezen talked about how we need to build boundaries in our home, marriages and even Single Life. He said how we need to be “Rapture Ready”. How powerful!! I began to think about that on another level. We have such a HUGE responsibility as Women, Wives, Mothers, In Ministry . Have we set Boundaries in our Home, In our Marriages and with our Children? There is NO WAY out of it. We are the NOW Day Moses. If we don’t set Boundaries in our lives then the World will!
And the Lord said to Moses, “Go to the people and consecrate them today and tomorrow. Have them wash their clothes and be ready by the third day, because on that day the Lord will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. Put limits for the people around the mountain and tell them, ‘Be careful that you do not approach the mountain or touch the foot of it. Whoever touches the mountain is to be put to death.
(Exodus 19:10-12 NIV)
The Lord told Moses to tell the people to Get Ready, Purify themselves because he is coming The Lord said to Moses PUT LIMITS around the mountain, meaning they CAN NOT step over the boundaries or the people will be put to Death.
WOW!
Question is-
Are you setting limits in your Home?
Have you set up boundaries that your Home & Children can not cross?
Its on us Women!
If we want to see our Marriages live long happy lives- Set Boundaries!
If we want to see our Children love God- Set Boundaries. (they will thank you later)
If you want Home to be under Gods Covering -Set Boundaries
Time to reach the Lost! People are on the other side of the Mountain and need us to Save them form Death. My heart is Heavy and feels challenged.
listen to Pastor Jentezen’s Message and apply it to your Life as we serve God and in Ministry @VOSD. It is our Job UWIM to set Boundaries in Our Home, Set Boundaries In Our Marriage & Set Boundaries With Our Children! That’s so powerful that we have such a heavy responsibility to set Boundaries!
