Day 14 –  Hear the Cry, Answer the Call

What a great awesome week!! I am so overwhelmed of all that has been poured out from such powerful women’s conventionOur Pastor’s wife spoke such an awesome message with power, and I loved her title “Momma wears combat boots!” I can’t help but to think of that title because it has so much meaning, because us as momma’s, we do wear combat boots. But we have many women who are wearing their combat boots, with torn holes and worn out boots, from battling!

They might be wearing their gear, all suited up but inside their desperately crying out for help! Ladies we have a mission and we are called for duty!!

Sis. Lora spoke a message on Deborah:

Judges 4:8 Barak said to her, “if you go with me, I will go; but if you don’t go with me, I won’t go. Barak showed his weakness even though he was a man of faith but Deborah learns to listen to the Lord with her heart. She listened to the cry of the Israelites the hardships that they were going through, and we need to respond in the same way with that passion, we have to be attentive to those women that are suited up but are wounded, their crying out for someone who will just LISTEN. Deborah was responsible for leading the people into battle, but more than that she influenced them to live for God, she represented STRENGTH.

Ladies, God has given us a mandate and we have a responsibility, there’s a Macedonian cry and we can’t ignore it. Remember we’re not the mission, we’re the missionary!
