Luke 21:2
The story of the old widow women is usually referred to when ministers are picking up the tithes and offerings.. But there is more to this story.. Jesus praised the widow woman because she came humbly to give to God everything she had.. All she had were 2 small copper coins.. Nearly nothing to give.. Many of us may feel like we have nothing to give at times.. Who really knows the whole story.. She could have been starving with no food or home.. It doesn’t say what her situation was.. She could have been going through a hard time in her life but she had faith.. When in need sow a seed.. She took the risk of giving all she had to God knowing he would be faithful to provide her every need.
Just like the widow woman who came humbly to give her last treasure, we must come before God daily through these 21 days.. Each day God gives us a new treasure, a choice, and it is up to us in who’s hands we give it.. Like the Widow woman we must give our all to Him…

This is sooo true!! I totally didn’t come prepared to work yesterday and my salad just wasn’t cutting it, which made the chocolate dish at the front desk WAY more tempting that ever:/
Today’s menu: fruits, vegetable stir fry for lunch, trail mix for snack minus the M&M’s = FAST with a PURPOSE!

WOW THIS FAST IS SO AWESOME IT IS REALLY BRINGING SO MUCH DIFFERENCE IN MY WALK WITH GOD IVE NEVER FASTED LIKE THIS BEFORE. I LOVE BEING A PART OF A MINISTRY THAT IS FULL OF WOMAN THAT ARE GIVE THEIR BEST TO GOD. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WOMAN. I FEEL SOMETHING GREAT IS HAPPENING WITH IN ME. Day one I was offered some McDonald’s
Day two I someone left some chocolate peanut butter eggs on my desk
Day four Someone brought my boss and I a platter of mexican food…temptation, but still I press! There is a definite sense of urgency, keep fighting the good fight ladies! God loves it when His daughters give it their all!
